Breakfast
Single serving of red Odwalla Super Food Smoothie before the gym
After the gym a small bowl of flax seed and pumpkin cereal with almond milk and a banana. Drank a bunch of water.
Snack small Braeburn apple
Lunch
Leftover tofu stirfry with brown rice, carrots and a bed of spinach
