20 minutes really hard cardio then home for a quick shower and walk to work

Went to Swillys had the Ginger Chicken Salad

Carrots
2:30pm
Coffee from the Daily Grind...most def needed this
5:50pm
Two small wheat tortillas filled with leftover brats, veggies, spanish rice and a half slice of colby jack cheese each
water
20 minutes really hard cardio then home for a quick shower and walk to work

Day 5

Prune Juice
I slept in until 1030 which hasn't happened in forever, must have been the late night workout
12:45pm
I made a feast
Steamed vegetables
Onions and Peppers
Can of Diced Tomatoes
Spanish Rice
Spicey Turkey brats


Made enough to last me 2-3 more meals
for this meal had a huge side of vegetables, two small wheat tortillas a little bit of the spanish rice, two brats, all lightly topped with pepper jack and then placed into a tortilla

Pre workout water and 2 fatfree fudgesicle
Gym 3:30
25 minutes hard cardio pace mixed with sprints
25 minutes chest and back
10 minutes abs
10 minutes plyometrics lunges suck

5pm
post workout banana
5:30pm
Salad
Shredded lettuce, some cottage cheese, threw in some of my Spanish rice, vegetables and brat mix topped with mustard

Superfood bar

Turkey sandwich with colby jack and whole wheat bread

2 small mini pizzas made with:
2 multigrain tortillas
can of crushed tomatoes
pepper jack cheese
4 slices of pepperoni
7pm
Bowl of popcorn
tried fake butter...ewwwwwwwwwwww next time just plain popcorn
12am GYMMMMMMMMMMMMMMm
sat around watching playoffs all night so had to get in gear
25 minutes really hard cardio sprinting 15 seconds out of every minute
15 minutes abs OWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
