Was at the gym at 4:55 and more scarily wide awake. I have had way too much energy lately but that is a good thing. Snacked on a few almonds and a bit of superfood before the gym and then added 5 minutes to my post lift cardio...up to 35 minutes and aiming for 45-60 a day
Breakfast
Banana, flax and pumpkin cereal but forgot the almond milk...sigh
some Acai Tea
Lunch
Tomato Soup and Green Beans with a few carrots
Dinner
I tried vegetarian nachos, didn't eat many they tasted fine but I am not feeling well
early to bed
