Day 3

Wake up drink some super food and hit the gym for cardio

Breakfast is a vegan muffin made by a coworker and some superfood

Water water water

Lunch is nana bread and hummus

Tea

Dinner is vegan beer brats, flax bread a bit of irish cheese and a bunch of stir fry vegetables

LOST snack of Dried Fruit ate the entire bag...not good =p
